We provide bamboo construction services including but not limited to: • Design and construction of eco-resorts, bamboo cottages, and houses • Restaurant and cafe structures built with bamboo • Gazebos, pergolas, and outdoor bamboo structures • Bamboo wall cladding and interior finishing • Restoration and renovation services All services are subject to feasibility assessment and are provided only upon mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing.

All quotations provided by us are estimates based on the information available at the time of quotation. Final pricing may vary based on: • Site conditions discovered during construction • Changes in scope requested by the client • Material cost fluctuations • Regulatory requirements We maintain transparency in pricing and will communicate any changes before implementation. A detailed contract with payment milestones will be provided before project commencement.

We commit to realistic timelines and will make every effort to deliver projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to: • Weather conditions affecting outdoor construction • Delays in material procurement • Client-requested modifications • Regulatory or permit processing delays • Force majeure events We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

Payment terms are outlined in individual contracts. Standard terms include: • Advance payment of 10-20% upon contract signing • Milestone-based payments throughout construction • Final payment upon project completion and handover All payments are non-refundable once construction has begun, except in cases of breach of contract by us.

We provide warranties on our work: • Structural elements: 10 years from completion • Finishing work: 2-5 years depending on the type • Materials: As per manufacturer specifications Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or modifications by third parties.

All designs, plans, and documentation created by us for your project remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, you receive ownership of designs specific to your project while we retain the right to use generic design elements in other projects. Content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is our property and may not be used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Indian law before resorting to litigation. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
